30 minuten vóór incisie (aanstonds na prikken van 1ste IV-lijn / bij inductie) = T0:

cefazoline 2 g IV

Opmerkingen

Indien gewicht > 120 kg: 3 g cefazoIine IV (i.p.v. 2 g cefazoIine)
