Keuze antibioticum ? amoxicilline-clavulaanzuur i.p.v. cefazoline ?  Indien cefazoline: meer dan 1 dosis ?  Te bespreken / "herbekijken" !

Profylaxe

LONGCHIRURGIE

30 minuten vóór incisie (aanstonds na prikken van 1ste IV-lijn / bij inductie) = T0:

cefazoline 2 g IV

Opmerkingen

Indien gewicht > 120 kg: cefazoline 3 g IV

Indien ingreep nog niet ten einde op T0 + 3 uur: 2de peroperatieve dosis (cefazoline 2 g IV)

THORACOSCOPIE
pleura (talkage, diagnostiek):

geen antibioticumprofylaxe
