Profylaxe

30 minuten vóór incisie (aanstonds na prikken van 1ste IV-lijn / bij inductie) = T0:

cefazoline 2 g IV

Opmerkingen

Indien gewicht > 120 kg: 3 g cefazoIine IV (i.p.v. 2 g cefazoIine)

Indien ingreep nog niet ten einde op T0 + 3 uur: 2de peroperatieve dosis (cefazoline 2 g IV)
Indien ingreep nog niet ten einde op T0 + 6 uur: 3de peroperatieve dosis (cefazoline 2 g IV)

Peroperatieve dosissen met interval van 3 uur
Postoperatieve dosissen met interval van 6 uur

Totaal aantal dosissen cefazoline: 3
