Punctie transrectaal:

levofloxacine 1 x 500 mg PO
tenzij screening via rectale wisser of urine positief voor chinolone resistente kiemen ⇒ dan antibioticum volgens antibiogram

Opmerkingen

Levofloxacine 500 mg best 1 tot 2 uur vóór de ingreep
