Profylaxe bij Endoscopisch Retrograde Cholangio- en Pancreaticografie (ERCP)

Profylaxe enkel bij patiënten zonder actieve bacteriële lever-, gal- of pancreasinfectie

Bij patiënten mét actieve bacteriële lever-, gal- of pancreasinfectie dient therapie te worden gestart (zie behandeling cholecystitis, pancreatitis, ...)

Profylaxe

Standaard profylaxe:

amoxicilline-clavulaanzuur 2 g IV, 30 minuten vóór ERCP

Opmerkingen

Bij patiënten mét actieve bacteriële lever-, gal- of pancreasinfectie dient therapie te worden gestart (zie behandeling cholecystitis, pancreatitis, ...)
